Australian Native Landscape Design

Boronia-29

Contemporary Australian native landscape design is at the heart of what we do. We strive to achieve the perfect balance of design that meets the client’s needs while creating a beautiful natural setting. Our cost vs benefit approach means that your landscape investment truly adds value to your property.

We are known for our market-leading planting designs and have a wealth of horticulture knowledge to back this up. There are many factors that influence plant selection and we are able to create very complex plantings. Our landscapes improve with time as the garden grows.

Our no-nonsense approach means you will have a reasonable and honest costing. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a quality product without the fuss and expense of our competitors.

Stage 1 Initial consultancy

We meet onsite and discuss the project and talk about options. We will present our company profile, past work and references. There is a scope development form that we ask you to fill out that gives us an indication of the style of garden and elements that you would like to include in your landscape. We talk about many ideas and possibilities. This is a free consultancy and from here we will be able to provide a quote for the next stages of design.

Stage 2 Concept Drawings

A site survey is done to measure up the site, ready for drafting. We ask for any building drawings or similar documents that you already have.

A base plan of existing conditions is produced on CAD. Hand drawn concepts are produced to show options. This will be done with the budget in mind. We will include examples of materials.

It will not be a final construction drawing.

Stage 3 Landscape Design and Planting Plan

A final landscape design is produced. It is drawn on CAD and includes a specification of materials. Also included is one of our market leading planting designs, showing the layout and plant list. A full costing is also produced. Any changes can be made to the drawing, as the first revision is included in the price.

Schedule of rates

Each landscape design is unique and therefore will be priced according to the scale and complexity of the project. The following rates can be used to estimate the cost of the design.

  • Complex landscape design involving various elements: $4.00/m2
